Time – 90 minutes (1 hour set up and 1 hour clean up)

1 box of store brand mac & cheese (not powdered cheese)

1 can of cream of mushroom soup

1 prepackaged pepper

1 prepackaged garlic

Participant Equipment:

1 small colander

1 small steel mixing bowl

1 skillet

1 medium saucepan

1 3 burner hot plate

1 silicon spoon

1 paper chef hat

1 oven mitt

2 pairs of plastic gloves

Demonstration consists of hands-on learning how to plant. History of what is being planted. Nutritional value and some recipes.
